With effect 8th September 2008, Siliconhosts.com will no longer be offering free web hosting services as it has done for the past 4 years. We know that many of our customers have enjoyed this free service and we have had pleasure in playing some small part in our customers website success but unfortunately, it is now longer financially viable to continue to offer this. Therefore, all accounts on our server will be closed with effect COB 5:00pm GMT 12th September 2008. All data on our servers will be removed.

In accordance with our terms, we have tried to contact each and every customer to advise them of this change but unfortunately, where we have lost contact through change of email etc this has not always been possible. Therefore, some customers may not have received our communication and we therefore apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change that you might not have been aware of. Our terms and conditions have always stated that we do not backup any of your data so we know that you will have kept your own backups securely - a wise move at any time!
